The Chalcas leadgen app, Free AI Action Plan, resource library, and booking flow are provided to help business owners evaluate practical AI opportunities. You agree to use the site lawfully and only submit information you are authorised to provide.
The content and generated action-plan outputs are informational. They are not legal, financial, accounting, clinical, technical security, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for assessing whether any recommendation is suitable for your business.
The Free AI Action Plan is based on the answers and context you provide. It may simplify assumptions, miss details, or identify opportunities that need deeper validation before implementation. Paid analysis or implementation work starts only when separately agreed.
Booking a discovery call does not create a consulting engagement. Any paid work, fees, scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
If you request an emailed PDF, join the email list, or otherwise opt in, Chalcas may contact you at the address you provide about your requested resource, relevant AI workflow ideas, services, and offers. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe path.
Chalcas owns or licenses the site content, design, resources, and generated templates unless stated otherwise. You may use materials provided to you for internal business evaluation, but you may not copy, resell, or republish them as your own product.
Chalcas aims to identify credible cash, time, and capacity opportunities, but no site content, action plan, call, or resource guarantees revenue, savings, adoption, technical feasibility, or business performance.
We may update these terms as the leadgen app evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the latest version.
