This privacy page explains how Chalcas collects and uses information submitted through the Free AI Action Plan, resources, email list, contact, and booking flows.

We collect information you choose to submit through the leadgen app, including your name, email address, business name, website, business segment, action-plan answers, booking intent, and email-list consent. We may also collect basic technical and campaign context needed to operate the site and understand which resources are useful.
We use this information to generate and send your Free AI Action Plan, respond to contact requests, manage email-list subscriptions, understand campaign performance, and decide whether an analysis, planning, or implementation conversation is likely to be useful.
Email delivery and marketing-list workflows may be handled through providers such as SendGrid or Resend. These providers process information on behalf of Chalcas so the requested emails, PDFs, and follow-up messages can be delivered.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the leadgen app, deliver email, process booking activity, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe path. You can also contact Chalcas to ask for access, correction, or deletion of leadgen data, subject to any records we need to keep for operational, security, or legal reasons.
We use reasonable operational safeguards for the information submitted through the site. We keep leadgen information only for as long as it is useful for the purposes above or as needed to meet legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution requirements.
